This Full-Time Employee will be responsible for the following as they relate to our Service Department, Quicklane Tire and Auto Center, Parts Department and Body Shop.
1. Profitability
- Evaluate the profitability of each department on a monthly basis. Maintain long term goals for each department with measurable benchmarks for progress.
2. Customer Service
- Develop a strategy for optimal customer experience management across all departments. This includes interfacing with Ford Motor Company’s Customer Service Division and monitoring the dealership’s “Viewpoint” scoring and President’s Award standing.
3. Marketing
- Manage and develop marketing strategies for all Fixed Operations.
4. Technology
- Have a working knowledge of all new vehicle technologies such as SYNC and MyFord Touch.
5. New and Used Vehicle Departments
- Supervise and resolve all concerns that New and Used Vehicle Departments have with Fixed Operations on a daily basis.
